Abigail's Gallery

My name is Abigail Noel. My Family says that means "Gives Joy". I was a stray found walking the streets of Portage, Wisconsin on June 24, 2006. Then transported me up to Green Bay, WI where I live now. On July 2, 2006 my new family adopted me. I was named Noel, but my new family did not think that name fit me very well. They were going to name me Abbey, but I prefer Abigail. I have a Daddy, a Mommy, and a human Brother. I call him My Boy. They came back the very next day and brought me a toy to play with while I was still at the shelter.

Update: July 6, 2006
I had to go to the doctor before I could go home with my new family. The Vet said that I was just barely 3 months old. She gave me all kinds of medicine for stuff. Now I can go home with them. YIPPEE...! I love to cuddle with my new family. There are these 4 loud things they have, they call feather butts (don't tell Mommy I used that word, she does not like it). They won't let me play with them. And these 9 very quiet things, they call shelled friends. They are fun to watch. I am a good girl because I have learned not to go potty in the house. My family helped me learn to go outside by telling me I am a good girl and by giving me treats after I went outside. But if I have an accident inside, they do not yell at me. They just take me outside to go out there, but I don't get a treat. I like getting treats, so I try very hard to not have accidents inside.

Update: August 2, 2006
I am not feeling too good. I had a surgery yesterday. Mommy says it is so I do not have any babies later. Mommy and My Boy brought me home. And Mommy carried me from the car to inside the house and laid me down on my sofa. I was very happy she did.  I was hurting.  My family is the greatest. They love me sooo much. My Boy brought out his BIG blanket for his bed and let me lay on it last night. That made me feel real good. We slept together for a very long time, Mommy says.
